This letter of thanks is long overdue! Jack and I wanted to thank you for the extraordinary job you did for our wedding at the Italian Club - Ybor City August 31, 2002. The food was absolutely superb. We received so many compliments on how delicious everything was. You really out did yourself! You are a pleasure to work with. I know we must have driven you crazy with our numerous calls, but you were always there to re-assure us that everything would be perfect… and it was! The best part about working with you is your personal touch. You really made us feel as if the success of our wedding day was as important to you as it was to us. That really meant a lot to us. In addition, you have an incredible staff. They did an excellent job of making sure the needs of our guests were taken care of. They are true professionals.

We also wanted to thank you for personally making our 1-year anniversary dinner. I will never forget the surprise of seeing you in my kitchen re-creating our wedding meal. I don’t know any other caterer that would do that. You really played a big part in creating our 1st Anniversary a special night we will never forget.

We cannot say enough about how wonderful it was to work with you. We look forward to working with you again soon. I will recommend you to anyone who is in need of a caterer. You truly are the best!
